Sales & Quotes Coordinator
The Print HQ is a growing custom apparel and printing business specialising in custom T-shirt printing, embroidery, DTF, screen printing, heat transfers, promotional products and live event activations. We work with individuals, businesses, sporting clubs, schools, brands and major corporate clients to bring their ideas to life.
We are looking for a Sales & Quotes Coordinator to join our Yennora team and help manage our growing volume of customer enquiries and sales opportunities.
About the Role
This is a customer-facing sales role responsible for managing enquiries from the initial conversation through to a confirmed order. You will be responsible for understanding what customers need, preparing accurate quotes, recommending the right products and printing methods, following up leads and ultimately converting enquiries into sales. You will work closely with our production and warehouse teams to ensure what we sell can be delivered accurately, on time and to the expected quality. This role would suit someone who is organised, commercially minded, confident speaking with customers and enjoys closing a sale.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Enquiries
- Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone and online channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and printing solutions.
- Convert incoming enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Follow up outstanding quotes and prospective customers.
- Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional garments, print locations, embroidery and other services.
- Proactively follow up repeat and existing customers for future opportunities. Quotes & Pricing
- Prepare accurate and professional quotes for custom apparel and printing services.
- Calculate garment, printing, embroidery, setup and additional service costs.
- Ensure quotes are accurate and commercially viable.
- Understand different print methods and recommend the most suitable option based on quantity, artwork, garment and budget.
- Coordinate with production when a job requires technical clarification before quoting.
- Follow up quotes to maximise conversion. Order Management
- Ensure confirmed orders contain all required information before entering production.
- Collect and check artwork, garment details, quantities, sizes, colours and print locations.
- Communicate customer requirements clearly to the production team.
- Assist with resolving customer queries throughout the production process.
- Ensure customers are kept informed regarding timelines and any changes to their orders. Business Development
- Identify new sales opportunities across corporate, sporting, school, hospitality, events and wholesale customers.
- Assist with outbound sales and customer prospecting.
- Build relationships with businesses and organisations that may require ongoing apparel and printing.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective customers and opportunities.
- Work with management to develop strategies to increase sales and average order value. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, account management or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong attention to detail.
- Confidence speaking with customers over the phone and in person.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- A commercial mindset and a genuine desire to achieve sales targets.
- The ability to manage multiple enquiries and deadlines simultaneously.
- Good computer skills and confidence learning new systems.
- The ability to work independently while also being part of a fast-paced team.
Experience
Experience in the custom apparel, printing, embroidery, promotional products or fashion industry is highly regarded but not essential. We can teach the right person the technical side of the business. What matters most is that you are hungry to learn, confident with customers and motivated to make sales.

You'll be expected to follow up leads, pick up the phone, build relationships, solve problems and actively work towards closing sales.
