About the Role

La Cosmetique / Pharmacoo is looking for an experienced and hands-on Brand & Marketing Coordinator (B2B) to join our growing beauty business.

This is a diverse role working across brand partnerships, marketing campaigns, retail activations, reporting and B2B support.

You will work closely with our management, marketing team, retail stores and international brand partners to coordinate campaigns, maintain strong brand relationships and support new business opportunities.

We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and strong in execution — someone who can take a project from planning through to execution, follow-up and reporting.

Key ResponsibilitiesBrand & Marketing Coordination

Maintain regular communication and strong working relationships with Korean and international brand partners
Coordinate brand campaigns, promotions and new product launches
Liaise with brands regarding marketing plans, FOC, testers, samples, gifts and promotional support
Follow up brand requests, agreed actions and campaign commitments
Coordinate marketing activities across retail, eCommerce and social channels
Work with the internal marketing team to ensure EDMs, social content, campaigns and promotional activities are delivered accurately and on time
Assist with brand business reviews, annual plans and ongoing partnership development

Campaigns, Events & Retail Activations

Coordinate brand activations, product launches, store promotions and Grand Opening events
Prepare campaign timelines, event plans, run sheets and supporting materials
Liaise with shopping centres, brands, influencers, suppliers and store teams
Attend key activations and events on site and support smooth execution
Brief relevant teams and ensure campaign requirements are clearly communicated
Respond to issues quickly and confidently during live events
Collect results and content following campaigns and activations

Proposals & Reporting

Prepare professional brand proposals, campaign reports and business presentations
Produce sales and marketing performance reviews for brand partners
Turn sales data, campaign results, photos and marketing activities into clear and visually strong reports
Support preparation of annual business reviews and marketing plans
Use Canva to create professional presentations suitable for international brand partners and business customers
Monitor basic performance indicators including sales, sell-through, stock and campaign results

Strong presentation and reporting skills are important for this position.

B2B & Business Development Support

Support existing wholesale and B2B accounts
Research potential new retail and business opportunities
Assist with buyer outreach, product presentations and range proposals
Coordinate samples, product information, pricing and buyer enquiries
Follow up proposals, samples and range submissions
Maintain organised records of B2B opportunities and follow-ups
Support management with key account and major retail opportunities

There is opportunity for the successful candidate to develop greater responsibility across brand management and B2B business development over time.

About You

You will ideally have 2–4 years of relevant experience in brand marketing, marketing coordination, trade marketing, beauty, FMCG, retail, wholesale or B2B.

We are looking for someone who:

Has strong execution, organisation and follow-up skills
Excel – Advanced / Strong Data Skills
Takes ownership and follows tasks through to completion
Has hands-on campaign or event marketing experience
Communicates confidently and professionally with external partners
Has strong written and spoken English
Is confident using Canva and/or PowerPoint
Can prepare professional proposals, presentations and reports
Understands basic sales and marketing performance data
Can manage multiple projects and deadlines
Is comfortable working both in the office and on site at events
Enjoys working in a fast-moving retail and beauty environment

Experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, K-Beauty, trade marketing, B2B or wholesale will be highly regarded.

Experience working with retail buyers, major retailers or international brand partners will be an advantage.

Korean or Chinese language skills are also an advantage, but not essential.
