The Role
The CRM Campaign Coordinator will work with leading marketing technology platforms, executing campaigns across all genres via our owned marketing channels. The position will be expected to create copy, audience target segments, schedule campaigns, manage booking calendars, and report on campaign performance.
As CRM Campaign Coordinator you will work independently or collaboratively with a team to improve processes, brainstorm innovative ways to engage audiences and drive revenue for some of the most exciting events in the industry.

In this role, success looks like:

Campaign Execution: Create, schedule and deploy customer-facing marketing campaigns across email, push, in-app, SMS and on-site channels, ensuring every send is accurate, on-brand and compliant with the SPAM Act

Audience & Performance Optimisation: Build and target audience segments, run A/B tests on messaging, subject lines and CTAs, and continually refine campaigns to lift engagement and drive ticket sales

Insights & Reporting: Deliver post-campaign reporting to clients and internal stakeholders, track performance against benchmarks, and identify opportunities for campaign and process improvements
Capabilities to Bring
You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:

Sharp Communicator: Strong writing and copywriting skills, with a knack for persuasive, on-brand content that drives ticket sales and audience growth

Detail-Driven & Organised: High attention to detail and well-developed time management skills, with the ability to juggle conflicting deadlines and manage booking calendars with ease

Tech-Savvy Marketer: Basic HTML and image manipulation skills (Photoshop or Canva), working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and tools like Monday.com, and an understanding of customer segmentation and the SPAM Act – experience with Braze is a strong advantage
