We are looking for a Brisbane-based SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll Specialist Lead to join Deloitte's HR Transformation team. In this role, you will help clients design and deliver payroll solutions that support world-class HR transformation outcomes

What will your typical day look like?

You will consult with clients to design and build payroll solutions, while leading or participating in workshops with business owners to gather requirements and validate solutions

The role also involves managing client expectations on deliverables and timelines, preparing project documentation including requirements, configuration and user guides, and facilitating training sessions for end-users or HR teams

Alongside this, you will work independently, manage a small team of junior team members, and contribute across multiple projects while maintaining scope and meeting deadlines

The Deloitte HR Transformation team provides a complete range of specialised services across leading Human Resources, Payroll and Workforce Management solutions, including SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle and UKG Dimensions The team is recognised by clients and the industry as a leading provider of solutions, services and support

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You will have the following:
A minimum of 5 years' experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll implementation

Knowledge and understanding of Australian payroll

Hands-on configuration knowledge in SAP EC Payroll

Experience with Time & Leave, Payroll-Finance Integration configuration, or technical knowledge such as ABAP would be an advantage

Proven implementation experience across the employee lifecycle, with parallel payrun experience essential

Strong experience gathering, assessing and developing requirements from business owners

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate system configurations into language business users can understand

A customer service-focused, problem-solving mindset, with a can-do attitude and the ability to work well with others across multiple projects
