What you’ll do:
Join the Santos Gladstone maintenance team and play a key role in supporting the safe, reliable and efficient operation of our assets. You will work closely with operations, maintenance, projects and engineering teams to ensure that maintenance activities are well planned, efficiently executed and aligned with business objectives.
Key accountabilities include:

Develop detailed maintenance work plans and execution-ready work packs to support safe and efficient maintenance delivery.

Ensure maintenance is appropriately scoped, prioritised and resourced.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve maintenance tactics, job plans, task lists, and work methodologies.

Support campaigns, shutdowns and major events through effective planning and work management.

Coordinate procurement and material requirements to support work readiness and schedule compliance.

Maintain high-quality maintenance data and work management processes within the CMMS
- Contribute to reliability, asset integrity and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance equipment performance and operational efficiency.
Ensure all maintenance planning activities comply with safety, environmental and company standards.

What you’ll bring:
-
Demonstrated experience in maintenance planning within the oil and gas, LNG, mining, petrochemical or heavy industrial sectors. Exposure to major hazard facilities will be well regarded.
- Strong understanding of maintenance planning, work management and execution readiness processes.

Experience using SAP PM or similar Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).

The ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic operational environment.

Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.

A trade qualification, engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification, supported by relevant industry experience.
A commitment to safety, continuous improvement and delivering reliable operational outcomes.
