Job Purpose

Do you have the commercial acumen and industry expertise to grow market share, strengthen dealer performance, and lead the success of a globally recognised construction equipment brand?

At CNH, we're looking for a commercially driven and relationship-focused Commercial Business Manager based in St Marys NSW to lead the performance of the CASE Construction Equipment (CE) brand across NSW, VIC, TAS, SA and WA. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of sales, market share, dealer development and customer experience while working closely with dealer partners and internal stakeholders to deliver business growth.

Reporting to the Head of CE Segment ANZ, you will play a key role in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that drive retail and wholesale performance, increase market share, and strengthen the CASE brand presence across your territories.

Key Responsibilities
Drive retail sales, wholesale performance, profitability and market share growth across assigned territories.
Represent the CASE CE brand in the market and ensure dealer partners consistently meet brand and dealer standards.
Develop and implement commercial sales and marketing strategies aligned with ANZ and global business objectives.
Build strong relationships with dealer partners, providing ongoing support to drive sales, operational performance and customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular dealer visits to review business performance, inventory management, sales activity and competitive positioning.
Monitor dealer performance across sales, marketing, financial and operational measures, identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending appropriate actions.
Ensure dealer business plans, forecasts, agreements and key company programs are completed within required timeframes.
Support dealers in achieving business plan objectives through effective sales, marketing and operational initiatives.
Monitor market and competitor activity and make recommendations on pricing and market positioning.
Identify future dealer opportunities and support network development initiatives within assigned territories.
Identify product knowledge gaps within dealer sales teams and support the development and implementation of training solutions.
Contribute to Sales & Operations Planning activities through accurate forecasting, reporting and market insights.
Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing and Network Development teams across ANZ and the wider APAC region.
Experience Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum five years' experience within the construction equipment industry.
Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated sales and business development experience.
Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and engage a broad range of stakeholders.
Advanced negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
Proactive, entrepreneurial and results-driven with a strong customer focus.
Highly organised with strong planning, forecasting and budgeting capabilities.
Ability to analyse market trends, identify opportunities and translate insights into action.
Self-motivated with an ability to manage priorities and deliver outcomes independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
