Full-Time | $30–$35 per hour + Super

Fortis Group WA is a growing Perth-based trade services family business providing Electrical, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Gas services across residential, commercial and property management sectors.

We are looking for a reliable, organised and confident Administration / Work Order Coordinator to join our team full-time.

This role will primarily focus on processing and managing work orders through AroFlo, with the opportunity to take on further responsibilities including scheduling technicians, communicating with clients and assisting with the day-to-day running of our office.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

Entering and processing incoming work orders into AroFlo
Reviewing work orders to ensure all relevant information has been entered correctly
Updating job details, client information and work order statuses
Monitoring emails and incoming job requests
Allocating and scheduling jobs to our tradespeople
Liaising with clients, property managers, tenants and tradespeople regarding appointments and job progress
Answering incoming phone calls and assisting with general enquiries
Greeting clients, suppliers and visitors at the front desk
Following up outstanding work orders and required information
Assisting with quotes, purchase orders and job documentation
General data entry, filing and administrative duties
Supporting our management and trade teams with day-to-day office operations

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident using computers and learning new software
Comfortable handling a high volume of work orders and emails
Professional and confident when speaking with clients
Able to prioritise tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual and able to work well within a team
A good communicator both over the phone and via email
Willing to take ownership of tasks and follow them through to completion

Previous experience using AroFlo would be highly regarded, however it is not essential and training can be provided.

Experience within a trade, maintenance, property management or service-based business would also be advantageous.
