Position: Administration Assistant
Reporting to: General Manager
Department: Administration
Location: Geebung
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: $30 - $40/Hr + Super
Performance Pay: Yes
Job Status: CLOSED

Requirements (expected proficiencies):
Excellent communication skills across all platforms (phone, email, in-person, chat)
Detail Oriented with the ability to demonstrate a keen eye for errors and omissions
Proven experience working collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and KPI’s
Experience in various software and familiarity with computers & technology in general
Inventory management ensuring that necessary supplies are consistently available

Answering phone, email, and live chat inquiries promptly and professionally
Creating, editing and reviewing quotes, contracts, delivery routing, and rosters for accuracy
Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
Liaising with Operations and Warehouse crews to ensure a seamless delivery process
Managing consumable re-ordering for optimal inventory levels
