Description:
About the role:
This role is all about being the friendly, reliable face of the building. You’ll make sure the Concierge office is always staffed during business hours and that the office and shared areas are clean, welcoming, and well presented.

You’ll be the go-to person for residents, whether that’s at the desk or while you’re on the move around the building. When you’re away from the Concierge desk, you’ll ensure calls are redirected to the CMS business mobile and clear signage is in place so residents know how to reach you.

Providing great customer service is key—you will handle phone calls, emails, walk-ins and written enquiries promptly, professionally, and with a positive attitude.

You’ll also take the time to get to know the building inside and out, including maintenance arrangements, service contracts, apartment maintenance, defects, breakdowns, and additional services, so you can confidently assist residents and resolve issues efficiently.

This role is required to work 32 hours a fortnight. This icludes16 Hours overnight concierge; 11pm – 7am and16 hours afternoon; 3pm – 11pm concierge (With availability for more)

About You:

Your understanding of the role reflects the broad undertaking of the variety of responsibilities required to fulfil the duties of the buildings Concierge.
A hands-on, proactive and resident focused approach. Acting as the face of the building you display at all times a warm and professional welcome to all residents and their guests.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Your customer service skills really set you apart from your peers and you consider this attribute as one of your assets for the role.
Excellent grooming and presentation. You take pride in yourself and the opportunity to represent the company in this interactive role.
You respect punctuality, reliability, positive attitudes, integrity and ethical behaviour.
Time management and organisational skills. You are able undertake the components of the role which include database maintenance, phone and intercom etiquette, security protocols, Work Health and Safety and some basic cleaning tasks.
