We are looking for Mathematics Tutors across our locations in Ringwood (Sat-Sun) and Berwick (Tue, Wed, Thu)
In this position, you’ll lead engaging classes in small groups, offer personalised coaching, and work with high-quality materials—without the burden of heavy admin.

Your role
- Weekly Group Classes: Conduct engaging classes for small groups of 3-8 students across Years 5-VCE.
- Marking Homework and providing feedback

Experience & Academic Requirements
Academic Excellence
- 90+ ATAR required
- Experience with competitive examinations (highly desirable)
- Academic awards or scholarships (preferred)
- Experienced teaching VCE Mathematics(Methods), VCE Mathematics(Specialist)
Teaching Experience
- Tutoring or mentoring experience with younger students
- Demonstrated passion for education and student development
Personal Requirements
- Ability to commit for the academic year.
- Sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to protect the organisation’s resources.
- Agree to a non-compete clause (no tutoring outside NRICH Learning)
- Able to travel to campus locations
- Genuine desire to help students reach their potential
Compensation
- Group Teaching: $35 - $45 per hour class
- 1-on-1 Tutoring: $30 per hour
- VCE Tutoring: $40 - $50 per hour
