About Us
We are a growing tutoring centre located in Burwood, NSW, dedicated to helping students achieve academic excellence from Kindergarten to Year 12. We provide high-quality small-group and individual tutoring programs, supporting students across a wide range of academic levels and goals.

Availability Requirements
We are seeking tutors who can commit to a regular teaching schedule.
Typical teaching hours are:
- Weekdays: 4:30 pm – 7:30 pm
- Weekends: 9:00 am – 7:30 pm
Where sufficient student demand exists, tutors are expected to commit to a minimum of approximately 8 hours per week.
Additional teaching hours may become available as student enrolments grow.
Teaching Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons
- Monitor and support student progress
- Maintain a professional classroom environment
- Provide brief lesson feedback to the Head Teacher after each class
- Communicate professionally with the academic team
- Prepare appropriately for lessons using provided resources and materials
Training and Academic Support
We believe that great teachers continue to develop throughout their careers.
To support this, we provide:
- Comprehensive teaching resources and lesson materials
- Ongoing academic and teaching support
- Regular feedback from experienced staff
- Guidance on classroom management and instructional techniques
During the first six months of employment, tutors will participate in a weekly 30-minute meeting with the Head Teacher. These meetings are designed to provide mentoring, teaching feedback, and professional development support.
Stable Student Base
We are a well-established and growing tutoring centre with a stable student base across K–12.
Tutors who demonstrate strong teaching ability, professionalism, and commitment will have opportunities to build consistent teaching hours over time.
Professional Expectations
As a teaching organisation, we place a strong emphasis on professionalism and reliability.
Successful tutors are expected to:
- Maintain clear and timely communication with the teaching team
- Respond to work-related messages within a reasonable timeframe
- Fulfil teaching commitments responsibly
- Notify the centre of any absence as early as possible
For non-emergency situations, at least 24 hours' notice is expected when requesting leave.
We understand that university and personal commitments may change; however, we are seeking tutors who can maintain a consistent schedule and demonstrate a genuine commitment to their teaching responsibilities.
Employment Terms
- Initial 3-month probation period
- Formal employment agreement offered upon successful completion of probation
- Ongoing training and support provided
Remuneration
Competitive remuneration based on experience, qualifications, subject expertise, and teaching performance.
