Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured, engaging, and results-focused tutoring sessions for students in Years 11–12.
- Adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning needs and ensure clear understanding of subject matter.
- Support students in preparing for SACs, exams, and other key assessments.
- Provide regular feedback to both students and parents, ensuring progress is monitored and maintained.
- Uphold the standards and values of Absolute Academy in every session.
- Produce high-quality academic resources for lessons and study (including homework, test, masterclass, SAC, exam, etc) if required.
- Write high-yield questions (including separators) from scratch to best mimic with assessment questions and assist students with their preparation.
Essential Requirements:
- Demonstrated academic excellence in your subject area(s).
- A study score of 40+ (raw) and an ATAR of 95+ (mandatory).
- Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts effectively.
- Must have completed schooling in English to ensure a high level of written and verbal proficiency.
- Must have Completed VCE or an Australian VCE quality.
- Strong organisational skills and a professional approach to work.
- Prior tutoring or teaching experience will be highly regarded; however, comprehensive training will be provided.
Pay: $25.00 – $45.00 per hour
