About the Role

We’re looking for an Assistant Property Services Manager to support a portfolio of homes across Melbourne’s north and north-eastern suburbs.

This is a varied, mobile role where you’ll work across multiple sites to ensure our homes are safe, compliant and well maintained. Reporting to the Property Services Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving maintenance performance and property presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor preventative and reactive maintenance works
Ensure maintenance records, compliance and reporting are accurate and up to date
Conduct site audits and inspections to maintain presentation and safety standards
Work closely with Residential Aged Care Managers and Maintenance Officers
Manage contractors and service providers to ensure quality outcomes
Support long-term asset planning and continuous improvement initiatives
Participate in an on-call roster for urgent maintenance support

About You

Experience in facilities, property or maintenance coordination
Trade background or relevant technical knowledge (preferred)
Experience in a regulated or compliance-driven environment (e.g. aged care, healthcare, facilities preferred)
Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
Proven ability to communicate effectively and foster positive working relationships
Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel between sites
