About the Role
We’re looking for an Assistant Property Services Manager to support a portfolio of homes across Melbourne’s north and north-eastern suburbs.
This is a varied, mobile role where you’ll work across multiple sites to ensure our homes are safe, compliant and well maintained. Reporting to the Property Services Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving maintenance performance and property presentation standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor preventative and reactive maintenance works
- Ensure maintenance records, compliance and reporting are accurate and up to date
- Conduct site audits and inspections to maintain presentation and safety standards
- Work closely with Residential Aged Care Managers and Maintenance Officers
- Manage contractors and service providers to ensure quality outcomes
- Support long-term asset planning and continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in an on-call roster for urgent maintenance support
About You
- Experience in facilities, property or maintenance coordination
- Trade background or relevant technical knowledge (preferred)
- Experience in a regulated or compliance-driven environment (e.g. aged care, healthcare, facilities preferred)
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and foster positive working relationships
- Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel between sites
