Join a New Team Supporting Exciting New Business

We’re growing and looking for a motivated Administration Officer to join our team at our Kewdale office. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a newly created role supporting a new client contract and help shape the administration function from the ground up.

Working alongside a highly experienced manager with over 25 years in the industry, you’ll become a key part of a supportive, down-to-earth team where your ideas, initiative and attention to detail will be genuinely valued.

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing POD returns and document control
Data entry and maintaining accurate records
Creating and issuing invoices and client information
Supporting internal auditing and compliance processes
Coordinating customer accounts and resolving queries
Providing administration support to the operational team
Maintaining management information and reporting systems
Supporting internal and external customer service outcomes
Ensuring company systems, procedures and compliance requirements are met

What We’re Looking For

Previous administration experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
Strong communication and problem-solving ability
Positive attitude with a team-first approach
Transport and logistics experience highly regarded
System savvy with intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Certificate IV in Office Administration (or similar) highly regarded
