About the Role
AAA Cleaning & Strip Seal Pty Ltd, a trusted provider of commercial cleaning services, is looking for an experienced Office Cleaning Supervisor to join our growing team in Perth, WA. This full-time role is essential in ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality cleaning services to our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of office cleaners, ensuring all cleaning duties are completed to a high standard.
- Create and maintain cleaning schedules and procedures that align with client expectations.
- Monitor staff performance, provide ongoing support, and deliver training where required.
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and promptly address feedback or concerns.
- Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and readily available.
- Support the recruitment, induction, and day-to-day management of cleaning personnel.
- Uphold and enforce workplace health and safety practices to protect employees and clients.
- Work closely with management to identify opportunities for service improvements and operational efficiency.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience within the commercial cleaning sector.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on motivating and developing staff.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, enabling effective client relationships.
- Solid knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques, standards, and equipment.
- Experience with administrative duties, including rostering, stock control, and reporting.
- A strong commitment to workplace health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- The ability to adapt and perform effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
