About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Associate to join our residential sales team at our Paradise Point office.

This is a full-time position where you will work closely with our experienced sales agents, providing essential support throughout the property sales process. You will assist with buyer and seller enquiries, property inspections, open homes, prospecting, follow-ups, database management and general sales administration.

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in residential real estate while gaining practical experience and learning directly from experienced agents. You will play an important role in supporting the team, delivering excellent customer service and helping ensure each property campaign runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

Assisting the lead agent and sales team with day-to-day sales activities
Responding to buyer enquiries and following up prospective buyers
Assisting with buyer and seller database management and prospecting activities
Conducting and assisting with property inspections and open homes
Greeting and engaging with buyers at open homes and private inspections
Following up buyers after inspections and providing feedback to the sales agent
Assisting with preparing property marketing materials, brochures and sales presentations
Coordinating appointments, inspections and follow-up communications
Maintaining accurate CRM records, buyer information and prospecting notes
Assisting with comparable sales research, market information and property data
Supporting the sales agent with listing and campaign administration
Assisting with preparation and organisation of contracts and other sales documentation
Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, conveyancers, property managers and other industry contacts as required
Providing administrative and organisational support throughout the sales campaign
Assisting with social media and digital marketing activities where required
Attending team meetings, training sessions and ongoing professional development
Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times

Please note: This role is primarily a support position. The Sales Associate will work under the direction of the lead sales agent and will not be responsible for independently negotiating contracts or finalising sales agreements.

What we’re looking for

A genuine interest in building a career in residential real estate
Previous experience in real estate, sales, customer service or administration is desirable but not essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A confident and friendly personality with the ability to build rapport with buyers and sellers
Strong organisational and time-management skills
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to follow instructions and work closely with an experienced sales agent
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good computer skills, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently when required while being a strong team player
A professional presentation and positive attitude
Knowledge of the Paradise Point and surrounding Gold Coast property market is advantageous
Full driving licence and reliable transport
Preferably registered with the Real Estate Institute of Queensland or eligible to obtain the appropriate Queensland real estate registration
