Sure Projects Australia Pty Ltd is a construction services company specialising in waterproofing systems for large-scale commercial and infrastructure projects across New South Wales. The company works with Tier 1 builders and is involved in major projects including the Sydney Fish Market, Western Sydney Internacional Airport, High Technology Industry Facility (HTIF), John Hunter Health & Innovation Precinct and other large-scale construction developments.

The company delivers waterproofing solutions in accordance with strict contractual, technical and compliance requirements, requiring effective contract administration, documentation control and coordination across multiple stakeholders.

Job Description

Contract Administrator

Daily tasks include

Administering and reviewing contracts, scopes of work and contractual obligations associated with construction projects;
Monitoring compliance with contractual requirements and ensuring works are delivered in accordance with specifications and agreements;
Managing and assessing contract variations and ensuring accurate recording and communication of changes;
Managing and organising information related to contractual claims and potential financial adjustments;
Managing and controlling contractual and project documentation including Quality Management Plans, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), QA reports, RFIs and project records;
Interpreting project drawings and technical specifications in coordination with engineers, architects and project managers to ensure compliance of waterproofing systems;
Coordinating communication between internal teams, site personnel and client representatives to ensure effective project delivery.

Requirements:

1) A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management or a related field, or equivalent qualification.

2) At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in construction projects or contract administration roles.

3) Other Main requirements to be considered for the position

Strong knowledge of contract administration processes;
Ability to manage complex project documentation and contractual records;
Experience working in construction environments, particularly on large-scale projects;
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail;
Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and project requirements;
Knowledge of waterproofing systems and construction specifications is highly desirable.

Annual salary: $100,000 + superannuation (38 hours per week)

Pay: $100,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
