In the role of Associate Director, Risk Management, you will join a high-performing team focused on delivering high-quality, executive-ready risk reporting that supports decision-making, governance and regulatory outcomes across the enterprise.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

Own the end-to-end delivery of risk reports and artefacts, ensuring they are accurate, timely and executive-ready.
Apply critical analysis to complex risk information, challenging assumptions and validating conclusions.
Translate detailed risk data into clear, concise insights for senior stakeholders and governance forums.
Proactively manage delivery timelines, dependencies and risks, escalating issues where required.
Review and uplift the quality of reporting outputs produced by others, ensuring “first-time-right” standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting frameworks, templates and processes.
Role-model strong risk governance, documentation and assurance practices across the Risk function.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

Significant experience in risk management, governance or risk reporting, ideally within Corporate & Institutional Banking.
Proven ability to produce executive or Board-level reporting.
Strong critical thinking and judgement, particularly in complex or ambiguous environments.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify gaps, risks and inconsistencies.
Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce concise, structured and impactful reports.
Experience influencing stakeholders and providing constructive challenge.
Tertiary qualification in Risk, Finance, Commerce, Law or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
