About the role

As a Team Support Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of facilities at multiple locations across the South Coast- from Wollongong to Nowra. You will be covering leave in a full-time capacity. Its great because you never feel "stuck" and its a social role where you get to meet a lot of the team.

In this role you would:

Deliver outstanding customer service and sales, helping customers find the right storage and packaging solutions for their needs.
Keep it constructive, and uphold KSS's FREEDOM values, with the F being for Fun!
Keep the centre presented to a high standard (cleanliness, safety, maintenance)
Manage daily operations and administration
Create the space for change

You’ll thrive if you’re customer outcome focused, passionate about a constructive culture, well organised, take ownership, and enjoy working in small teams.

Role details

You will driving to different locations (only one location per day) covering leave.
Hours/roster: 76 per fortnight. We are open 7 days a week
Employment type: Full Time
Remuneration inclusive of Super is $85000
