About the Role

We are seeking a professional, reliable, and customer-focused Concierge to join our team at a premium residential apartment building. As the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and contractors, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service while maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment.

This role operates 7 days a week (Monday to Sunday), with both full-time and casual positions available.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome residents, visitors, and contractors in a friendly and professional manner.
Monitor building access and ensure only authorised persons enter the premises.
Conduct regular patrols of the property and report any security or maintenance issues.
Assist residents with enquiries and coordinate deliveries, visitor access, and contractor arrivals.
Respond to incidents, emergencies, and resident requests promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records, incident reports, and shift handovers.
Use computer systems to manage visitor logs, access control, emails, and reporting.
Liaise with building management, residents, emergency services, and contractors when required.

Requirements
✅ Current NSW Security Licence (essential).
✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills.
✅ High standard of personal presentation and professionalism.
✅ Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email.
✅ Ability to work independently, multitask, and remain calm under pressure.
