Lead and manage the review and implementation of business improvement initiatives
Permanent Part time (0.6 FTE) opportunity with flexible working arrangements
Based in Leederville with salary of $135,693 (pro-rata) plus 12% Super

We're looking for a professional to lead and coordinate business improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance and deliver lasting value across the organisation.

In this exciting role, you'll work with a diverse range of stakeholders, leading change initiatives from concept through to implementation while ensuring solutions are practical, sustainable, and embraced by the business.

About the role

As a Change Implementation Specialist, you will lead and support high impact business improvement and change projects, partnering with operational teams, leaders, and subject matter experts to deliver successful outcomes.

You will be responsible for managing project delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, developing implementation strategies, mitigating risks, contingency planning and ensuring change is embedded effectively across the business.

Success in this role requires someone who can confidently engage stakeholders at all levels, influence outcomes, an innovative thinker and work collaboratively within large multidisciplinary teams to achieve project deliverables.

What the role will involve

In this role, you will lead the delivery of business improvement and operational change initiatives that drive efficiency, innovation, and organisational success.

Working closely with stakeholders across multiple business functions, you will build strong relationships and facilitate collaboration between operational teams, project sponsors, and subject matter experts to achieve shared goals.

You will develop and implement effective change management and communication strategies, coordinate large cross-functional project teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

monitoring project performance, risks, budgets, and contingency planning
preparing project reports, business cases, and progress updates for senior leadership
supporting the successful embedding and long-term sustainability of project outcomes
fostering a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and innovation across the organisation.

Your skills and experience

Relevant degree in business, commerce or marketing and/or PROSCI accredited, project management qualifications
Experience delivering complex change or transformation initiatives within large organisations
Strong project management capability and understanding of change management frameworks
Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
Experience with confidence in establishing and maintaining strong working relationships across diverse teams and business functions
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within large, multidisciplinary project teams to achieve shared deliverables and outcomes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational abilities
Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Valid C Class Driver’s Licence
