About the role
In this role, you will support the Operations Group by maintaining, improving and embedding operational processes, systems and tools that enable efficient and effective service delivery. You will work closely with operational teams, field crews and support functions to translate business needs into practical solutions that work in the field.
A key focus of the role is supporting operational change—through hands‑on process improvement, clear documentation, and the design and delivery of practical, fit‑for‑purpose training that helps people adopt new or improved ways of working.
This is a collaborative role that suits someone who is comfortable working across teams, can work autonomously when needed, and enjoys being a trusted point of advice for operational stakeholders.
