This Role Is Perfect for Someone Who Is:

Working in insurance property claims or loss adjusting and looking for career progression
Working for a broker as a claims handler – property claims experience is essential

You don’t need to be a qualified Loss Adjuster already — training and support will be provided for the right person.

The Role

As a Strata Loss Adjuster, you will manage property claims from assessment through to resolution.

Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting Strata site inspections and damage assessments
Determining the cause and extent of property damage
Appointing and coordinating trades and technical specialists
Communicating with owners, strata managers, insurers, and contractors
Preparing professional reports and claim documentation
Managing claims to ensure timely and positive outcomes for customers

This role combines technical property knowledge, problem solving, and customer service.

About You

You might currently work in:

Loss adjusting or insurance claims
Broking as a Claims Handler

We’re looking for someone who:

Communicates confidently with a range of stakeholders
Is naturally curious and solution-focused
Provides excellent customer service
Works well independently while collaborating with a team
Is motivated to learn and grow in the claims industry

Requirements

Essential

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in property, strata, construction, or insurance environments
Current driver’s licence

Desirable

Loss adjusting or claims experience
Trade or building qualifications
Strata industry experience
