Ready to lead from the front?
We’re looking for a hands-on Team Leader to join our KMD Brands Distribution Centre team in Truganina. This full-time role (38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:06 PM) is all about keeping operations running smoothly and supporting your team to deliver excellence every day.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading by example in daily operations, including picking, packing, and inventory tasks.
Supervising and coaching your team to achieve performance and quality targets.
Maintaining a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with all standards.
Collaborating across departments to resolve challenges and improve workflows.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and accuracy.

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role within a DC or warehouse environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
A safety-first mindset and knowledge of compliance requirements.
Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus: Familiarity with WMS and safety/first aid certifications.
