Located in the established Aspley retail precinct, this store is surrounded by major retailers, local shops and everyday conveniences, creating a busy and practical environment for staff and customers. It’s easy to access by car with ample parking available, and is also serviced by local bus routes. With Westfield Chermside and a variety of cafés, takeaway spots and restaurants nearby, there are plenty of options for lunch and coffee breaks.

Employment Type – Permanent Part-Time

Multiple Rosters

RSA 1: Friday 10:00am–2:30pm | Saturday 8:30am–5:30pm

RSA 2: Friday 12:00pm–4:00pm | Saturday 11:00am–4:00pm | Sunday 11:00am–4:00pm

About the Role

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, fostering a positive shopping experience, and supporting new and expectant parents on their journey. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about helping others and thrives in a dynamic retail environment.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Customer Engagement – Connect with and understand the needs of new and expectant parents, providing personalised assistance and product recommendations.

Product Demonstration – Guide customers through product features and benefits, ensuring they make informed choices.

Stock Management – Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure the store is well-presented and organised.

Flexible Scheduling – Work a rotating roster of flexible shifts across weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

About You

You’re a proactive and approachable individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You have a genuine passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer service.

What you bring to the team:

✅ Prior Customer Service Experience.

✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

✅ High Standards in customer service and store presentation.

✅ Proficient in calming irate customers and resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.

✅Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 15kgs between floor and shoulder, 10kgs above shoulder height. Ability to wear a headset to communicate with the team on the shop floor. Stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.
