Supporting the Federal Government Portfolio, the Client Delivery Director is responsible for leading a team of Client Delivery Managers accountable for the delivery of Optus' commitments to Federal government customers. This high-impact leadership role champions customer outcomes, ensuring service performance, contractual obligations and financial commitments are achieved across multiple service towers. Working closely with internal stakeholders and customers, you will drive operational excellence, strengthen strategic partnerships and deliver exceptional service outcomes in a complex and highly visible environment.

What You’ll Do | Your day to day will consist of:
Accountable for Operational, Security & Risk deliverables to the customer.
Maintain an overall view of all incidents impacting customers.
Lead the implementation of corrective measures and suggestions.
Ensure all contracted service levels are met and initiate CSIP’s to improve SLA performance as needed.
Develop strong working relationships with all collaborators to ensure Optus achieves customer outcomes.
