We're looking for an experienced Associate Director, Partner Operations to lead the governance, operational performance and revenue assurance of key partner-delivered products and services, including Upgrade & Protect, Trade In and SubHub. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for protecting customer experience, operational integrity and commercial outcomes across a complex partner ecosystem.
The day to day
Lead operational governance across strategic partner-delivered products and services, ensuring strong performance, compliance and customer outcomes.
Own financial reconciliations, revenue assurance, reporting and controls, identifying opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency and revenue protection.
Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, acting as the key escalation point for operational issues.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery, operational performance, customer experience and commercial outcomes.
Lead and develop a team of three, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and operational excellence.
Deliver data-driven insights and executive reporting to support decision-making and identify opportunities for optimisation across partner operations.

You are a commercially minded operations leader who thrives in complex environments and knows how to balance strategic thinking with operational execution. You bring a strong governance mindset, exceptional stakeholder management skills and a passion for driving continuous improvement.
You'll bring:
Extensive experience in partner operations, vendor management, operational governance or product operations within a large and complex organisation.
Strong financial acumen, including reconciliation, reporting, revenue assurance and exposure management experience.
Proven ability to build and influence relationships with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Experience leading operational governance frameworks, service performance reviews and risk management activities.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn operational and financial data into meaningful business insights.
A track record of delivering continuous improvement initiatives and driving operational excellence.
