Junior Marketing & Administration Assistant

Ador Energy | Castle Hill, Sydney
Part-Time | 16–24 Hours Per Week | Ideal for a University Student

Ador Energy is a growing Australian solar and renewable energy company working across residential and commercial solar, battery storage and EV charging.

We're looking for a smart, organised and motivated university student to join our team in Castle Hill in a junior Marketing & Administration role.

This isn't just a basic admin position. You'll get hands-on exposure to the day-to-day operations of a growing business, including marketing, customer communication, solar administration, sales support and business operations.

No solar industry experience is required — full training, systems and ongoing direction will be provided.

What You'll Be Doing

Your role will be varied and will include:

General day-to-day administration
Preparing and processing solar and battery applications and paperwork
Updating customer and project information
Booking appointments and installations
Making calls to customers and following up outstanding information
Following up outstanding invoices and payments
Supporting the sales and installation teams
Managing emails, documents and internal records
Assisting with social media and marketing activities
Creating and scheduling social media content
Helping repurpose blogs and other content across social platforms
Assisting with other day-to-day business tasks as required

Social Media Experience Is a Big Plus

You don't need to be an expert. If you're creative, understand what makes good social content and are willing to learn, we'll provide direction and help you develop those skills.

Who We're Looking For

This role would suit someone currently studying Business, Marketing, Communications, Commerce or a similar degree, although your attitude and ability matter more to us than the specific degree.

You'll ideally be:

Highly organised and detail-oriented
Confident speaking with customers over the phone
Professional in written communication
Comfortable with technology and learning new software
Proactive rather than waiting to be told what to do
Reliable and able to manage your own responsibilities
Comfortable working in a fast-moving small business
Interested in marketing, business and renewable energy
Keen to learn and take on more responsibility over time

What You'll Get

Hours: Approximately 16–24 hours per week
