B2B Account Manager / Sales Representative.

Company: Ausource Solutions

Location: Fully Remote (Based in Greater Sydney)

Territory: Primarily Greater Sydney (Expanding over time to Port Macquarie, Canberra, Batemans Bay, and Bathurst)

Remuneration & Timing:
Flexible start date available, though early onboarding is preferred to secure accounts before the October/November retail buying freeze. We offer a $78k starting salary during a 3-6 month probation (based on experience), transitioning to a $104k retainer + uncapped commission; commission-only options also considered.

Role Expectations:
We are looking for a long-term partner who can hit the ground running. While we will provide full training on our CRM, products, and pricing structures, you must already possess advanced B2B sales skills and be ready to manage retail relationships independently.

In the B2B retail sector, buyers enter a strict "buying freeze" or peak-season lockdown by October and November to focus entirely on Christmas trade. Introducing a new representative or changing suppliers during this chaotic period is a major friction point for retailers, therefore we need to factor this in.

As we expand our footprint across New South Wales, we are looking for a dedicated sales professional to champion our brand and drive our wholesale B2B network forward.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a driven, self-motivated sales professional to manage and expand our wholesale window furnishings network. This is a fully remote, business-to-business (B2B) role focused on building deep, lasting relationships with retail clients. You will have the autonomy to manage a massive, high-growth territory while receiving top-tier company backing. To ensure your success, you will have full sales support backed by the Ausource team and will be assigned a dedicated assistant to handle administrative tasks, allowing you to maximize your time and impact with customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Grow B2B Accounts: Build lasting partnerships with retail blind and shutter businesses across NSW.
Territory Management: Organise travel and outreach to service a growing regional and metropolitan client base.
Manage Pipelines: Handle daily client outreach, wholesale orders, and follow-ups efficiently.
Provide Expertise: Deliver technical support and product guidance to your retail clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Highly Organised: You can systematically manage a large geographic territory.
Relationship Builder: You love connecting with people and nurturing long-term B2B partnerships.
Industry Experience: Background in window furnishings (retail sales, wholesale, or installation).

Shutter Expertise: Deep understanding of Plantation Shutters.
Technical Background: Past experience as a shutter installer, specialist, or wholesale rep.
