This is a senior specialist position with genuine scope — managing a large portfolio of showrooms, leading campaign rollouts, mentoring a team, and playing a key role in ensuring every King Living showroom environment reflects the brand's design leadership and commercial ambition. You will work across the full Brand Environment BAU calendar, travel domestically on a regular basis and internationally as needed, and bring both creative instinct and strategic thinking to every project you touch.

What You Will Own

Showroom Portfolio Management Manage BAU operations across a large allocation of showrooms — ensuring layouts, merchandising and customer experience consistently meet King Living's brand standards through regular site visits and compliance reviews.

Campaign Delivery Oversee campaign rollouts across allocated showrooms — managing deadlines, quality expectations and consistency across global regions through changeovers and campaign execution.

Team Mentoring & Onboarding Provide mentoring and guidance to Specialists and support the onboarding and training of new team members — building capability and setting the standard for the broader team.

Collaboration & Process Improvement Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure execution aligns with campaign and commercial goals — identifying and implementing process improvements that lift quality and efficiency across the function.

Performance Optimisation Monitor showroom performance and provide insights to optimise presentation and sell-through — reviewing floor plans and merchandising execution for accuracy, commercial impact and brand alignment.

Systems & Technology Lead the implementation and integration of new systems and processes across the team — working with the Head of Brand Environment to ensure adoption and consistency.

Who You Are

You will likely come from a senior visual merchandising, brand environment or retail operations role — ideally within furniture, home décor or a premium lifestyle brand with a multi-site portfolio. What matters most is your execution discipline, your creative eye, and your ability to lead and develop people while keeping a large portfolio moving to a high standard.

You are a detail-driven, commercially minded brand environment professional who takes genuine pride in the quality of every showroom you touch.

4+ years' experience in visual merchandising or retail operations, preferably in furniture or home décor
Strong understanding of showroom layouts, customer experience and merchandising principles
Proven ability to mentor and develop team members with a coaching mindset
Excellent organisational and time management skills — able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Photoshop, CAD software and Microsoft Office
Comfortable with AI tools and a willingness to adopt emerging technologies to work smarter
Available for regular domestic travel and periodic international travel as required
Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Marketing or a related field highly regarded
