Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and organised Events, Sales Support & Marketing professional to join our team in Manly, NSW. This full‑time, on‑site role combines marketing and sales support responsibilities. The successful candidate will help drive leads through targeted marketing activities and provide end‑to‑end support throughout the sales process – from initial enquiry through to proposal preparation and ongoing client engagement. You will demonstrate strong communication skills, creativity and an ability to multitask in a fast‑paced MSP environment.

TECHD Group is a Managed Services Provider (MSP) based in Manly, NSW, delivering end‑to‑end IT solutions for small to medium businesses locally and internationally. Our core focus is on providing personalised and local customer service, backed by flexible, tailored and value‑driven IT solutions. We aim to be an IT partner, enabling clients to focus on running their business efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

Pipeline management & CRM – update and maintain the HubSpot CRM, track leads and opportunities and prepare regular sales reports.
Quoting & proposals – assist in preparing tenders & proposals for managed service agreements, as well as project quotations & service catalogues
Lead generation & qualification – identify, engage & qualify prospects, connecting with them to arrange appointments for senior consultants
Sales materials & pitch preparation – develop sales material & collateral including pitch decks to support prospect meetings
Client relationship management – manage scheduling and preparation of client review meetings, maintain ongoing client relationships, and draft client review reports.
Customer enquiry co-ordination – ensure timely responses to client enquiries, coordinate hand-offs between sales and technical teams and support contract renewals.

Marketing

Marketing strategy: Develop messaging and campaign strategies to strengthen brand awareness and improve targeted messaging across channels
Campaign management: Create and execute marketing campaigns across email (Mailchimp) and social media (LinkedIn), including monthly newsletters, blog posts and targeted messaging.
Content creation: Maintain an organised content schedule across channels including LinkedIn, Meta, Email (EDMs), Newsletters and blog content. Draft and schedule posts and assist with website (Word Press) updates and maintain marketing collateral including case studies and brochures.
Brand strategy: Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing channels, materials and communications.
Analytics & reporting: Monitor marketing spend and engagement metrics across channels, assist with budgeting and provide insights optimise marketing ROI and improve future campaigns.
Event coordination – organise webinars and client events, manage event registrations and follow up with attendees.

General Administration

Provide light administrative support to ensure smooth office operations (e.g., meeting coordination, travel arrangements and maintaining accurate records).
Collaborate with finance to ensure accuracy of marketing budgets and coordinate purchase orders related to marketing and sales activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in marketing and/or sales support.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in customer‑facing situations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, HubSpot CRM, Mailchimp and social media platforms.
Strong organisational and time management abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
A proactive approach and willingness to learn in a technical environment.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field (preferred).
1+ year’s experience in a marketing, sales support or office administration role.
Experience in IT services or a technical environment is advantageous.

Additional Requirements

Australian work authorisation.
Willingness to work 100 % on‑site at our Manly, NSW office.
NSW Police background check.
