Full Job Description

Riise is seeking an organised and reliable Administrative Assistant to support the smooth delivery of services to our participants and support the administrative requirements of our team.

This is a hands-on administration role suited to someone who is confident using ShiftCare, experienced in an NDIS or disability-services environment, and highly accurate when managing client information and records. The role supports client administration, system data entry, scheduling/roster coordination and general office tasks.

Key responsibilities

Maintain accurate participant, client and service records in ShiftCare and other client management systems.
Complete timely data entry, document uploads, file maintenance and quality checks.
Assist with client onboarding, service agreements, intake documentation and record updates.
Support scheduling, shift changes and basic rostering administration as required.
Assist with general NDIS administration.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive participant information in line with privacy requirements.
Provide general administrative support to the Riise team.

About the successful candidate

Demonstrated, practical experience using ShiftCare; this is essential.
Experience working in NDIS, disability, aged care, community services or a similar client-centred environment.
Experience with client management systems, CRM platforms and high-volume, accurate data entry.
Strong attention to detail and confidence working with confidential information.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisation skills, with the ability to manage competing tasks and follow through.
Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
A proactive, calm and service-focused approach.

Desirable

Experience supporting rostering, service delivery coordination or workforce scheduling.
Experience with NDIS service agreements, plan details, billing support or claims administration.
Experience with Xero or similar accounting or invoicing software.
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
