Most dental job ads sound the same. This one isn't.

Sandstone Point sits at the edge of Bribie Island, coastal, relaxed, and less than an hour from Brisbane. Our clinic here is busy and established, with a patient base built on genuine long-term relationships, not churn. We were recently recognised as the 2026 Pumicestone Business Excellence Award winner in the Health & Wellbeing category, a reflection of the standard we hold ourselves to every day.

We're not a corporate group chasing volume. We're a growing practice built around a simple idea: do excellent dentistry, treat patients like people, and build a team worth staying in.

What the role looks like

You'll be stepping into consistent patient demand; new patients come to us through word-of-mouth as well as via the efforts of our dedicated in-house marketing team, so your books will fill quickly. The focus is comprehensive and cosmetic dentistry within a premium, patient-centred environment. Relationships are really important to us, so we'd love someone who wants to make this their long-term home.

You won't be working in isolation. We value teamwork, collaboration and support very highly. Our monthly clinician CPD evenings are part of the culture, providing a space where the clinical team learns together, challenges each other, and grows. Mentorship is available if you want it; autonomy is yours if you've earned your footing.
