What the role looks like
You'll be stepping into consistent patient demand; new patients come to us through word-of-mouth as well as via the efforts of our dedicated in-house marketing team, so your books will fill quickly. The focus is comprehensive and cosmetic dentistry within a premium, patient-centred environment. Relationships are really important to us, so we'd love someone who wants to make this their long-term home.
You won't be working in isolation. We value teamwork, collaboration and support very highly. Our monthly clinician CPD evenings are part of the culture, providing a space where the clinical team learns together, challenges each other, and grows. Mentorship is available if you want it; autonomy is yours if you've earned your footing.
