Beefy's are currently on the lookout for a Customer Service Assistant for our Ningi Store.
Beefy's are a well established multi award winning family owned business with 16 boutique Pie Bakery Cafes across South East Queensland and Northern NSW.
Our friendly team have a reputation for high quality products and excellent customer service.
For this position, previous experience is preferred in the food service/retail industry. As we are open 7 days, applicants will have good availability Monday through Sunday including weekends and during school hours. The position involves working a rotating roster with a range of shifts including opening and closing shifts between the hours of 5.30am and 7pm. Due to the early morning start times your own transport is essential.
Duties will include:
- Ensuring excellence in Customer Service as the number 1 priority
- Product presentation & preparation
- Opening & closing of store
- Eftpos & cash handling transactions
- Coffee making
- Ensuring service areas are maintained to the highest standards and store is kept clean and tidy at all times
- Achieving store KPI's
