Appointment Setter (Remote)

Meet the team:

We’re building a sales team focused on helping people who are interested in starting and growing ecommerce businesses take the next step. We teach beginners and early-stage entrepreneurs how to build and grow ecommerce businesses using branded dropshipping.

Our appointment setters play an important role in that process. You’ll speak with warm leads, understand their situation and goals, qualify them, and book the right prospects into sales calls with our closers.

We’re looking for people who take ownership, stay proactive, are comfortable with high-volume calling, respond well to coaching, and are committed to becoming better sales professionals.

Who is this for:

You have at least 1 year of experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, telesales, or call centre sales
You have experience booking calls for sales closers
You are confident and natural on the phone
You are comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
You are comfortable working towards KPIs
You are confident guiding prospects toward a specific booking without being pushy
You are highly coachable and open to feedback

What we expect from you:

Responsibilities

Call warm leads and interested prospects who have shown interest in the program
Qualify leads and book them into sales calls with our closers
Keep accurate and up-to-date CRM records
Communicate clearly and professionally with prospects
Stay calm and curious when prospects are uninterested or defensive
Guide interested prospects towards a specific booking
Attend training and coaching when required

Results

Strong setters can expect approximately 20–40 show-ups per week if they perform well
Ability to make approximately 15–20 dials per hour
Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups
Create qualified sales opportunities for our closers

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of outbound calling, appointment setting, telesales, or call centre experience
Experience booking calls for sales closers
Experience using a CRM, dialer, calling software, or lead management system
Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and professional phone presence
A reliable laptop suitable for remote work, and a stable, high-speed internet connection.
A backup internet solution (e.g., a 5G mobile hotspot) to ensure uninterrupted work
A quiet, distraction-free workspace for conducting professional calls
Availability to work full-time during Australian (Sydney) business hours

Compensation:

$30.00 AUD per hour
$13.50 AUD commission for every qualified appointment that shows
