We’re looking for an elite Appointment Setter to join the sales team behind one of the biggest and fastest-growing fitness influencers in the Australian market.
With 500,000 followers and an extremely strong personal brand, demand for the offer is already there.
Your job is to turn that attention into qualified booked calls.
This is a high-volume role with access to 2,000+ leads every month across inbound DMs, social media and existing lead databases.
You’ll be responsible for both DM setting and phone setting, following up with leads, qualifying prospects and consistently filling the closers’ calendars.

- High-ticket online fitness coaching
- $2,000–$8,000 ticket price

- 2,000+ leads per month
- Proven sales process and established sales team
Compensation
5% commission on all cash collected from your sales
OTE: $5,000–$10,000
There is significant upside for someone who can consistently perform at a high level.
What You'll Be Doing
- Setting appointments through Instagram DMs
- Calling and following up with inbound leads
- Qualifying prospects for our high-ticket coaching program
- Booking qualified appointments directly into the sales calendar
- Consistently hitting daily and weekly KPIs
Who We're Looking For

Previous appointment-setting or high-ticket sales experience is strongly preferred.
