Overview

We are seeking skilled and dedicated Tile Fixers to join our dynamic construction team! In this role, you will be responsible for expertly installing, repairing, and maintaining tiles across various projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Your hands-on expertise will contribute to transforming spaces into beautiful, durable environments. Duties

Measure, cut, and lay tiles accurately according to project specifications and blueprints
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying necessary adhesives or mortar
Install various types of flooring including ceramic, porcelain, stone, or glass tiles with precision
Read and interpret construction blueprints and technical drawings to ensure correct tile placement
Use hand tools such as trowels, cutters, spacers, and levels to achieve flawless results
Perform caulking and sealing around tiled surfaces to prevent water intrusion and enhance durability
Collaborate with carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople to coordinate installation processes effectively

Qualifications

Proven experience with tile laying, flooring installation, and general construction work
Proficiency in using hand tools specific to tiling and carpentry tasks
Strong understanding of blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings
Knowledge of various tile materials and appropriate installation techniques
Experience with caulking, grout application, and surface preparation techniques
Handyman experience or background in construction enhances versatility on the job site
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
