Recruitment Consultant – 6 Month Fixed Term Contract - $49.57 an hour/$97,941.86 per year + super

Located at Fiona Stanley Hospital, on site 5 days a week
Full Time, 6-month fixed term opportunity (with potential for extension or permanency)
Open to Part Time (4 days a week or 5 days a week, shortened hours)

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll join a supportive and collaborative recruitment team where no two days are the same. You'll play an important role in supporting organisational growth while delivering an exceptional recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers. As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll make a positive impact by:

Managing recruitment processes across a variety of roles
Providing advice on recruitment best practice and compliance requirements
Creating a positive candidate experience from application through to offer
Helping us continuously improve to support new growth initiatives
Supporting organisational growth and evolving public sector recruitment requirements

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment
High attention to detail and confidence working across recruitment systems, spreadsheets and data
A proactive approach with the initiative to see tasks through to completion
