What you'll be doing

Provide direct care and support to individuals with varying disabilities.
Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
Support individuals in attending medical appointments, accessing community resources, social inclusion, and wellbeing activities.
Monitor and document client progress and care provided.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, therapists, and other team members to ensure holistic care.
Work alongside experienced colleagues to deliver positive behaviour support strategies with confidence.

You're the right person if...

You have experience supporting people with disability, including those with complex support needs, or you're confident working in person-centred environments.
You genuinely enjoy building positive relationships and helping people achieve their goals.
You're calm, adaptable, and able to work confidently both independently and as part of a team.
You communicate well, show professionalism, and understand the importance of respect and personal boundaries.
You're committed to learning, growing your skills, and delivering high-quality, person-centred support.
You have a valid unrestricted Driver’s licence, Reliable Vehicle and holding NDIS worker screening check or Willing to obtain prior to commencement.
