About the Role

AMC COMMERCIAL CLEANING (WA) PTY LTD is seeking an experienced Corporate Services Manager to lead, optimize, and secure our central business support infrastructure in Perth.

This role functions as the operational backbone of the branch, responsible for providing critical high-level administrative, strategic planning, and structural support to senior management. The successful candidate will drive resource optimization and deliver expert internal advisory services across multiple corporate verticals.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide high-level administrative and strategic advice to senior management on staffing, financial planning, facilities, compliance and information services.

· Plan, direct and manage the organisation’s administrative, financial, physical and personnel resources to support efficient operations and business growth.

· Develop, implement and review organisation-wide administrative policies, procedures and operational guidelines, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

· Analyse complex administrative, operational and resource management issues and prepare reports, recommendations and correspondence for senior management.

· Coordinate with the finance team on budgets, expenditure monitoring, financial planning and reporting.

· Lead, develop and manage administrative staff, including workforce planning, performance management and allocation of resources.

· Represent the organisation in negotiations and dealings with clients, suppliers, contractors and other external stakeholders.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

· Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar managerial role

· Bachelor/ Diploma in Business Management is an advantage.

· Good understanding of commercial business operations, robust administrative systems, and Australian corporate compliance requirements.

· Demonstrated leadership experience

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, financial reporting, and data analysis skills.

· Excellent English communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management abilities.

· High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern business management/ERP systems.

Salary Package: $100,000 – $130,000 per annum + Superannuation

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent (38 hours per week)
