Broker Support – Insurance

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Service Specialist to join our Cyber Solution client support team. In this role, you will join a team of Client Managers and Client Executives with varied portfolios of national & multinational corporate clients, ensuring seamless support to both internal and external stakeholders and adhere to the highest standards of service delivery.

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work from home and from our Aon office.

What the day will look like

Your day will be busy with a focus on client servicing which will be the key to your success!

Responsibilities:

Provide administration support to our Account Brokers regarding client insurance/risk needs
Support end-to-end policy lifecycle activities (pre-renewal, renewal and post-renewal), including quotes, claims history, endorsements, certificates of currency, renewals, cancellations and invoicing.
Act as a contact for cyber clients, managing day-to-day queries and providing informed, solutions-focused service.
Engaging in communication with clients through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to support their insurance requirements.
Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies in an accurate and timely manner
Manage key stakeholder relationships with Senior Brokers, Underwriters, Client Executives and Client Managers
Enhance the client experience through outstanding customer service
