About the Role

As a Geely Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for delivering an outstanding purchasing experience from the first enquiry through to vehicle handover and beyond. You'll build lasting customer relationships while introducing customers to Geely's innovative range of vehicles and helping them find the right solution for their lifestyle.

We're Looking for Someone Who:

Loves engaging with customers and enjoys converting phone and online enquiries into appointments.
Is excited to meet new customers every day and deliver an exceptional showroom experience.
Understands that outstanding customer service continues well after the sale is complete.
Communicates effectively and works collaboratively with all dealership departments.
Appreciates the importance of accurate note-taking and maintaining CRM systems such as Salesforce daily.
Presents professionally and takes pride in representing an innovative automotive brand.
Demonstrates professionalism at all times, upholding dealership and company values, policies, and standards, including the Code of Conduct, Diversity, Privacy, and Work Health & Safety requirements.
Holds a current Motor Car Trader's/Salesperson's Licence.
Holds a current and valid Australian Driver's Licence.
