About the Role
As an Audi Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for delivering an outstanding purchasing experience from the first enquiry through to vehicle handover and beyond. You'll build lasting customer relationships while representing one of the world's most respected automotive brands.
We're Looking for Someone Who:

Loves engaging with customers and enjoys converting phone and online enquiries into appointments.

Understands that outstanding customer service continues well after the sale is complete.

Communicates effectively and works collaboratively with all dealership departments.

Appreciates the importance of accurate notetaking and maintaining CRM systems such as Salesforce daily.

Presents professionally and takes pride in representing a prestige automotive brand.

Demonstrates professionalism at all times, upholding dealership and company values, policies, and standards, including the Code of Conduct, Diversity, Privacy and Work Health & Safety requirements.

Holds a current Motor Car Trader's/Salesperson's Licence.

Holds a current and valid Australian Driver's Licence.
