This is an exciting leadership opportunity within Peri-operative Services, responsible for overseeing the integrity, management and analysis of critical operating theatre and endoscopy data. The Peri-operative Data-Clerical Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with information systems, delivering timely and meaningful reports to support operational and strategic decision-making, and leading administrative services across the department. The position also contributes to facility-wide and Local Health District projects through high-level data interpretation, stakeholder engagement and systems expertise.

Lead the management, integrity and compliance of Operating Theatre and Endoscopy information systems, including SurgiNet and Provation.
Produce, analyse and disseminate critical peri-operative performance reports to inform service delivery and decision-making
Provide system administration, technical support and training for clinical and administrative users of SurgiNet.
Manage and support the day-to-day operations and performance of administrative staff within Peri-operative Services and Admissions.
Contribute to facility and Local Health District projects through the interpretation, analysis and reporting of complex peri-operative data.

The ideal candidate is a highly organised and analytical leader with experience managing health information systems, reporting processes and administrative teams within a complex healthcare environment. They will possess strong data management capabilities, excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex information into meaningful insights that support service improvement, operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.

Demonstrated experience in data management, reporting and analysis within a healthcare or peri-operative environment.
Proven ability to lead, mentor and manage administrative teams, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
Strong knowledge of clinical information systems, with experience in systems administration, troubleshooting and user support.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
Highly developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams and support organisational projects and initiatives.
