Join the Safeguards and the broader Infant, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (ICAMHS) team at South Western Sydney Local Health District and play a key role in supporting research that informs, improves and transforms mental health care across the district.
Based at our Ingleburn office, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Bankstown, Liverpool and Macarthur/ Wingecarrabiee, coordinating research activities, supporting projects and contributing to evidence-based service improvement. This opportunity offers flexibility, with working days negotiable for the successful candidate.
Are You the Right Fit?
We're looking for a motivated and organised research professional who enjoys working collaboratively and turning data into meaningful insights. You'll be confident managing multiple priorities, have excellent communication skills and be passionate about improving health outcomes through high-quality research.
You'll thrive in this role if you have experience coordinating research projects, analysing and interpreting data, building strong relationships with stakeholders and working independently while contributing to a supportive, multidisciplinary team. An interest in perinatal, infant, child and adolescent mental health and service improvement will be highly regarded.
