Full Job Description

Contract Support - Facilities Management Work for CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) who are leaders in the Facilities Management industry Endless growth opportunities working for a global business

Here's a snapshot of your day:
Manage all incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and mailroom administration, ensuring timely processing and accurate record-keeping.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and setup requirements, including room layout changes and scheduling support.
Provide administrative and operational support to the Facilities Management team, including helpdesk management, vendor coordination, reception coverage, and site inductions.
Support financial administration, including purchase orders, invoice processing, supplier quotes, and budget-saving initiatives.
Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, suppliers, and external service providers to ensure high levels of customer service.
Monitor team compliance and operational requirements, including training records, attendance planning, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Support quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives by logging hazards and feedback, maintaining operational systems, and identifying efficiency improvements.
Maintain office services and supplies, including stationery management, portal updates, and other general administrative duties as required.
