About You
- 5+ years of client facing business analyst experience
- Must be an Australian Citizen
- Must Have Power App/Power Platform experience
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
- Qualifications and/or certifications in Agile, SaFE, IIBA or BABok
- Problem-solving skills, including ability to handle complex problems creatively.
- Highly developed numerical and analytical skills, with strong business acumen.
- Creativity to develop insights into the client and/or industry challenge.
- Ability and confidence to provide balanced, pragmatic advice to senior managers and executives via strong communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated capacity to develop and adopt new approaches, ideas, and work practices.
- Demonstrated experience in performing root-cause analysis.
- Easily adaptable to different situations, clients, industries, or processes.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a project team.
- Proven track record of conducting business analysis from end-to-end project life cycle.
- Prior experience with Jira, Confluence, Signavio, BPMN or other process tools
- Prior experience in implementing Customer Relationship Management tools.
- Prior experience in writing SQL queries will be desirable.
