What this opportunity involves:
We're on the search for a friendly, confident, and outgoing person to own the guest and work spaces for our client Google, by creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere for our clients and their visitors. You’ll need to be proactive and engage with clients, visitors and client employees, while creating solutions to any queries that may arise and supporting the workplace experience team.

A snapshot of the role;
Reception & Guest Services: Serve as the initial point of contact by greeting all visitors and clients with a warm welcome. Support the front desk, direct incoming enquiries and correspondence, and provide intuitive service delivery, anticipating needs or concerns and exceeding client expectations.
Facilities Support: Assist the Facilities and wider team with day-to-day operations. This includes coordinating with vendors, reporting maintenance issues, and performing regular walk-throughs to ensure the workplace is clean, safe, and fully operational.
Event & Team Support: Collaborate with internal stakeholders for the planning and flawless execution of client events, activations, and team initiatives. Be flexible and hands-on during events to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
Proactive Engagement: Be visibly engaged every day in the workspace and build meaningful, lasting relationships with client employees and guests. Implement improved initiatives and activations to the guest and work spaces to continually enhance the client service and guest experience.
Sound like you? Here’s what we are looking for:
To be successful, you must be outgoing and personable with a desire to provide quality customer service, providing a warm and engaging environment as people enter the Google office. You'll be a collaborative team player who solves problems hands-on and can prioritise and juggle various responsibilities. You'll show adaptability and flexibility in changing situations.
2+ years of proven work experience in a related field such as hospitality, administration, event coordination, or facility/property management.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and handle a varied workload.
Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to develop relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and management in person and in writing.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating with diverse teams on exciting initiatives and activations.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for creating positive experiences.
